Our team of therapists believe in a strengths-based, collaborative approach to working with individual clients or families and create treatment plans that fully address client needs. Our trauma-informed practice specializes in treating the whole person, through a developmental, environmental and sociological lens. We provide counseling to children, adolescents and adults.
In addition to counseling, we also have a dynamic expressive arts programs that includes in-studio and virtual groups, classes, workshops and retreats that focus more on being immersed in the creative process and less on being "good at art." Our brand new center features a sunny nature-inspired art studio and a spacious creative movement studio where participants have plenty of room to spread out, explore the arts, be inspired and express their inner creative spirit. We offer express arts programs for individuals of all ages!We also offer consultation services to create community, school-based, corporate, and professional development programs. We create individualized expressive arts workshops that address mental health needs, stress reduction, trauma-informed care, mindfulness and community development.
We accept a range of insurance plans however not all therapists are on every plan. We also offer private pay rates & can bill some out-of-network benefits. Payments can be made via credit cards, checks, and HSA /FSA cards.
