We are all  looking for ways to get out of the house on the North Shore this winter! Fresh air is good for the soul — not to mention it helps to get the wiggles out of the kids. So we put together a list to help you find fun things to do this winter with your family in the local area(or just a short drive away!) during these next few winter months on the North Shore MA:

1.πŸƒπŸ½‍♂️First Day Hike at Appleton Farms (Hamilton)- January 1st

Celebrate the New Year with a First Day hike at Appleton Farms. We’ll follow our Plains Loop Trail around the property, offering hikers a chance to see some of Appleton’s highlights and get some inspiration for a year’s worth of visits to the farm.

There's a lot going on in the natural world in winter, so bundle up the family and join us for one or more of these explorations.

Who says you can't go to the beach in winter? Just trade in your flip flops for snow boots and you can take in nature's awesome beauty while avoiding summer crowds. Collect shells, listen to the ocean, and marvel at the vastness of the world.
