Description
Get together with other like minded moms looking to build strength and friendships for a boot camp style workout. Kids of all ages welcome! There is a play room and toys at the gym but kids are also encouraged to play/workout alongside you. You’ll often be surprised what they can do and what they learn from you..monkey see, monkey do! Every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am.
