We are excited to kick off a FREE mom support group at our studio, located at 4 Elm Street in Salisbury Square, on Tuesdays from 11:00am-12:00pm starting March 14 (no group March 21).
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, alone or lost after becoming a new mom? The Mom Comm is here to empower and support you through your experience with our Mom Support Group, facilitated by Andrea Roche, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
*Children of any age are welcome to join you at sessions.
