Come tuck the bunnies, chickens, and goats in for the night! Join us every Sunday afternoon from 3:30 to 4:30pm for story hour in the Carriage Barn. First, we’ll read two books. Then, we’ll give the barnyard critters their dinner and watch them happily munch. The first book will be read at 3:45 and is best suited for our youngest friends ages infant to four. Our second book will be read at 4:00 and will capture the interest of children up to age 8.
This program is an open, self-guided hour of free exploration in the barnyard, punctuated by stories read at 3:45 and 4:00. Bring your favorite farm-y stuffed animal and a blanket if you’d like!
Stories are read outdoors unless the outside temperature is below 40 degrees F. If we are indoors, a door to the Carriage Barn will be kept open and a fan will be on for ventilation. We ask that families maintain a distance of 6 feet between themselves and others while indoors. Masks are required for all ages 2 and above indoors.
