For elementary students, Wenham Museum offers April Vacation Week Drop-off Days. Participants in this half-day program will enjoy VIP seating at a daily special event – including appearances by Alice in Wonderland, Glinda from Wicked, Wonder Woman, and Captain Jack Sparrow – and crafts and activities in the museum’s "secret" room. They’ll also have a chance to explore the galleries with friends before the museum opens to the public. Kids should bring a nut-free snack and be ready for a morning full of fun!
Additionally, local organizations may offer unique workshops, like fairy house making, during the break, providing creative outlets for children. Signing up promptly is advisable to ensure a spot in these popular programs.

mAbout Appleton Farms April Vacation Week CampIn the spring, the farmers at Appleton are busy planting vegetables and caring for the new life on the farm. There is no better place to spend spring farm days than in exploring in the fields & forests and learning to love the outdoors in all seasons! This program is for kids who are looking to make friends, explore the farm, and learn about life in New England in spring. Every day will include an outdoor adventure of hiking, a theme-based craft, a farm learning activity, and other farm explorations.This is a school vacation camp running Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, April 15 -19. Campers should be prepared to spend days mostly outdoors and will need appropriate clothes including hats, gloves, and boots. We will have snack and lunch on the farm (families provide their own campers’ food). A parent handbook will be provided to all parents, and registration requires submission of children’s health forms, per licensing requirements.
