DIScover Summer Camp / DIScover Summer Mini Clinic / DIScover Sport Camps

June 12-September 1

Full Day Multisport Camp

Ages 5-12  |  9:00AM-3:00 PM

Dates: 6/12-9/1

Come join us for an exciting and high energy filled day of DIScover Summer Camp! Campers ages 5 – 12 will have an opportunity to participate in sports, games, and summer fun activities. Children will participate in classic camp style games such as relay races, fishy fishy, steal the bacon, ultimate frisbee as well as electives and special events. Campers will learn new skills in a fun and safe environment while practicing good sportsmanship. Campers will come to camp excited and leave looking forward to their next camp day!

C.I.T.

Ages 13-15  |  9:00AM-3:00 PM

Dates: 6/12-9/1

CIT’s will be part of a pre camp training session and daily training with DIScover Camp Senior Staff through conversations and group challenges focused on leadership, inclusion, communication, and teamwork. These training sessions will prepare CIT’s to assist the DIScover Coaches in the afternoon of each camp day. CIT’s will have the opportunity to participate in sports and games throughout the day. CIT’s must attend a minimum of two weeks.

Half Day Multisport Camp

Join us for a Half Day camp in the morning or in the afternoon. This camp encourages younger children that may not be able to complete a full day of camp to learn new skills, build friendships and play high energy games in a safe environment.

Football Camps

Ages 5-12  |  9:00AM-3:00 PM  |  $85.00/day

Dates: 6/26-6/30; 7/10-7/14; 8/7-8/11

Football Camps will focus on skills such as throwing, catching, cutting, and backpeddling.

Basketball Camps

Ages 5-12  |  9:00AM-3:00 PM  |  $85.00/day

Lacrosse Camp

DIScover Lacrosse Camp is a fundamental based and fun camp. Children will work in skills such as throwing, running, catching, cutting, cradling, defending and more. Children will scrimmage, go through various one on one competitions and play classic camp style games like Ultimate Lacrosse, Capture the Ball, and Dodgeball.

Newbury Golf Center offers 17 junior golf camps in the summer and a year-round after school program. Our junior program is a Top 50 junior golf programs in America, named by US Kids.

Our junior clinic golf program will offer a series of clinics for ages 5-17 years old. This program will be broken down by age group, consisting of six one-hour clinics over 3 weeks. The clinics will cover all aspects of the game and will be limited to eight children per session. The program will be taught by a PGA Professional and will be structured after our Top 50 junior program including the US Kids player pathway program. Junior golf schools for boys and girls at Newbury Golf Center are a structured fun learning environment with small groups. Each of our schools will not exceed 10 children and will be taught by PGA professionals. During the school children will be taught the fundamentals of the golf swing, all aspects of the short game, and putting. They will also learn the rules of golf and the etiquette of the game. This program was designed by our founder Erik Sorensen while working at Myopia Hunt Club in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Erik and his junior program were recognized by US Kids golf as a Top 50 junior instructor and program in the United States.

We offer Morning Art and Play Classes and for your preschooler and Just Tots for your toddler that you can purchase without a year long commitment. Our goal is to provide innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum in a close-knit environment with nurturing and experienced teachers. We also offer school age art and play classes as well as summer camps for all ages.

Ignite your imagination this summer at Annisquam Arts!
Seven weeklong workshops reveal the diverse traditions of art around the world. This Cape Ann summer studio is the perfect setting for your child to express and explore their creativity.

Developed by artist and educator Dawn Southworth, Annisquam Arts tips off its 29th season by offering a variety of workshops for young artists. Conducted at Dawn’s open and professional home studio on Goose Cove, we have easy access to Gloucester’s cultural center and Cape Ann’s most scenic spots. The entire program runs for seven weeks, June 19- August 3, 2023 with new courses each week.

Young Artists’ Summer Studio Workshops run Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm for ages 6-14. We’ll have a blast engaging with a wide range of materials and artistic techniques in a multi-sensory studio environment. Small class sizes and individual instruction allow for all levels of ability to be nurtured. All classes are led by Dawn.
